By recording your income and expenses into account lists you can use this data to generate reports such as Profit & Loss, balance sheets, aged invoices and more. The business dashboard gives you a complete overview of all financial and project related activity. You can track and manage your team’s activities and tasks, and your project status with activity logs, email reminders, file sharing, status updates and feedback. you can also give access and collaborate in real-time with your accountant or bookkeeper.

With Sage One you and your team workers can track and record billable time. These time logs can be automatically transformed into invoices using Sage One Invoice. With the invoicing app, you can create quotes/estimates as well as invoices. You can customize and brand your invoices, as well as add the ability to accept online payments through Sage Payment Solutions or PayPal. You can track pending, sent, unpaid, partially paid, paid and overdue invoices through alerts and reminders. This leads you to a page with a form you need to fill asking for your business name, personal name, and telephone. You also have the option to sign up with your Google ID. You do not need to enter your credit card details.

Sage One Invoicing costs $9 per month and includes one administrator. Sage One Accounting Standard costs $14 per month and includes two administrators. Both plans include unlimited invoices and quotes, the mobile app, online payment acceptance and complimentary accountant and bookkeeper access.
